Corbeau received an instruction from a commercial real estate client to prepare guidance for them and their tenants on their respective duties under the Prevention of Discrimination (Guernsey) Ordinance 2022, which begins to take effect from 1st October this year.


Using our extensive knowledge of construction technology and the

relevant laws, we've been pleased to deliver a pair of short guidance documents that provide the bite-sized essentials in relation to commercial property.
